Cheektowaga. Peregrine Senior Living. Resident Care Aide. $15.50 - $16.50/hour. PT & FT available.
Schedule: Full Time & Part Time
Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am
Part Time: Sunday-Monday 2pm - 10pm or 10pm - 6am
Overnight: 11pm - 7am
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday with rotating weekends
Salary: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour based on experience
Shift differential available for evening and weekend shifts

We are currently seeking an energetic and dedicated Resident Care Aide.
Resident Care Aide Responsibilities Include - Assisting our memory impaired residents to complete tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining the residents dignity and promoting their independence
- Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents rights
- Maintain and document proper records of care
- Immediately report changes in residents condition to the supervisor: evidence of illness, changes in behavior, personal care needs not being met, medication issues, residents whereabouts unknown, etc.
- Promote and encourage residents to participate in community activities
Resident Care Aide Education & Experience - High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Certified Nursing Assistant-CNA, Home Health Aide-HHA, or Personal Care Aide-PCA certification preferred or as required by law
- One year working in a care giving capacity preferred
- Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required
